Come and join us for the Kanban Game!
This will be a fun and interactive session where the group will be divided into teams to play the Kanban game found at www.getkanban.com . Kanban isn’t just for high performing teams, teams with lots of interrupt-driven work, support teams or whatever other misconceptions we might all have about Kanban. Join us as you learn how to combine the benefits of Kanban and Scrum and how to reap the benefits of flow, throughput, and WIP Limits in order to improve your team’s value delivery. Put these concepts into action as you roll the dice and race the other team’s to complete the increments of work!
