APPLYING FLOW IN KANBAN
Kanban is fast becoming the modern way to manage an organization’s delivery of customer value. This talk will introduce how to apply basic flow principles to the product development processes. With an emphasis on practical application of concepts, this workshop includes interactive exercises that lead participants through the use of Kanban principles and flow metrics: item aging, WIP limits, cycle time and throughput.
